Skin Care Importance:
Body’s
largest organ is the skin and it needs constant care. Its layer work hard to
protect us. It is the window to our body that reveals the story of our life.
Skin is the first line of defense between our body and outside world. It protects
us from bacteria, viruses, chemical substances and pollution.
Foundation of
beauty is the beautiful and healthy skin. We should keep our skin as healthy as
we can because it plays an important role in protecting our body.
Many factors
including internal and external effect our skin. Internal factors include genetics, aging, hormones, and conditions such as diabetes
that affect the skin. External factors include unprotected sun exposure and
washing too frequently or with hot water can damage skin. An unhealthful
diet, stress, a lack of sleep,
not enough exercise, dehydration, smoking, and
particular medications can all effect the ability of the skin to operate as an
effective protective barrier.
The
drinking lots of water, eating fruits and vegetables will keep skin nourished,
moisturized and blemish free is the first thing for healthy skin. Healthy skin
is better able to fight signs of aging, heals much faster and fight against disease
better than unhealthy skin. Proper skin care is not only about
looking good, it's about staying healthy. Those people who experience skin
issues, such as psoriasis, or have skin allergies proper skin care is
particularly important for them.
